Of the top leading companies in the automotive industry, Ford Motor had the greatest increase in references for COVID-19 in Q1 2024, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified 15 COVID-19-related sentences in the company's filings - 0.5% of all sentences - and a decrease of 56% in Q1 2024 compared with Q1 2023. Aptiv’s mentions of COVID-19 dropped by 68% to 12 and Ferrari’s by 80% to 8 and General Motors’s by 30% to 7 and Penske Automotive Group’s by 60% to 6.
